There has yet to be a season that hasn’t come about with the words “highly anticipated” bandied about with them, and really, how could it be anything but true?
Fans are forced to endure long summer months with little in the way of quality Rugby League to entertain them. We watch with mild interest whilst men with wooden bats push a red ball around an oval for days on end, sure it’s sport, but it’s not Rugby League is it?
