I must've watched a different bloke. The Lane I saw ran strong. He fumbled once. Got a cpl great balls away, but most importantly, his defence was rock solid, until he was replaced with Wintersieve!, Who in his ten minutes on field let in three tries.

In other news... it was great to see Paulo play tonight. He’s been conditioning himself for a return to the Eels, he must weigh around 140kg. Fat, lazy and no engine and the Eels have outplayed $800k for the lump. Another Vave at four times the cost because SuperCoach deemed they needed more size next season. Hilarious.

Not any more. Lane has 6 but Kelly's double today brings him to 7.

Lane has been good for the most part this year and TBH I'm not happy we're going to lose the big bloke. I think he's been one of the few shining lights we've had in this miserable excuse for a season.

He may have spilled the pill a few times but he was far from responsible for the loss. In fact, after Barrett put him back on the right side we stopped the bleeding.....unfortunately it was too little too late from our so-called 'supercoach' 😵
