Not sure how the salary cap works, so this is a genuine question.
If we don't play Symonds, Mateo and Burgess in first grade this year, do their salaries count towards the salary cap? Is their treatment just a ploy by our management team to offload one or all of them to secure a big name second rower before the June 30 deadline? I wonder whether Buhrer is also on this hit list and not guaranteed a start in first grade when fit?
