South Sydney can make the semi-finals this year because I’ve got a suspicion St George-Illawarra will rest several key players on Sunday night against the Rabbitohs.

The minor premiership is wrapped up so they have no reason to field players with niggling injuries and there’s nothing to suggest a desperate Brisbane Broncos can’t bounce back against the Raiders.

I know I’ve got an ordinary tipping record this year but there’s been upsets all season and stand by for another one in the Dragons-Rabbitohs match.
