I thought he did enough to show that he is a capable player and a star of the future

Each to their own.

I agree with the capable player but not sure about star of the future.

He didn't get the ball very often and looked like he was still adjusting to league having come from union so seemed a bit lost.

One of my golf buddies used be on the Souths board and he was spewing when JS went to the Rorters considering how much work they had put in.

He told me that was a typical pattern with the Rorters, they did the same with another junior on a 60k contract that was offered 150k to leave.
