We can only become a better team when we focus and improve on what we can control
In the Storms first try Curtis Scott definitely throws a forward pass and we could not control the touch judges error but we can learn how to improve on our ball and all tackles so the ball runner does not get the ball away as Scott overcomes Kellys attempted tackle and gets the ball away for his winger to score
In the Storms second try Croft makes a darting run 10 metres out of the Manly goal line and goes through soft defence, first from an arm grabbing attempt by Kelly and then between lazy defence from Thompson and Tom Turbo to score a soft try .
We lead by only one try with a mountain of possession in the first half and we could not menage to score one point in the second half ?
We only lost by one point and if we did things better as individuals and as a team we would have won the game regardless of the refs errors

Those were not errors by the refs it was blatant cheating by them

What about when we score tries as a result from the refs decisions . Do you call that cheating as well ?

Pity Trent didn't mention the absurd decisions not to take shots at goal on at least 3 occasions when an easy 2 points was on offer.

Nor did he mention the missed goal.

Gee wiz people miss goals and it’s a divided thing keeping the pressure on your opponents or taking the two points , I hate whinging won’t change the result just get on with it.

Hi Mate, been off posting for fair while so disappointed with where club headed. To see best 3 individual perfromances as Dce and turbos in orgin higlighted our coach simply has no idea we have best metre eater in comp in Marty. We won the 20s comp it took an injury crisis to blood Tom wright and Fainu. Yes dylan walker been out.
Tactically we seem so bloddy poor ball shifts are slow but there no trick plays no passing interplay around ruck with Dce, Tom and fainu. Joel Thompson been huge disapointment his online defence is ****ing terrible and for 4 years wow.
onto Trent he had 3 seasons yes he was handed the keys to huge rebuild - but take year one away a side that contains Dce. tapau, turbos, walker, AFB and Brian Kelly simply should not be sitting where we are.
The media bull**** he got lack of resoruces suck it up princess Toovey nor Hasler never whinged about it.
Good coaches turn average players good and good players great, bad coaches do the opposite. he needs to be sacked at season end along with Cartwright. Maguire the target and we them have someone who challenges the players

Regardless of how badly we may have played at times and decisions we should have made, we should have won that game last night if not for inept displays from the officials.

No doubt the idiot officials cost us the game with some very dubious calls last night. What frustrated me the most that in the first 30 minutes or so was played on our terms, fast tempo and direct and we had the Drizzle on the defensive then our coach brings on his tried and trusted five-eighth and we do not look like scoring again. All that was needed was one try and we finish them off, as soon as it became a dour struggle there was always going to be one winner!

Todays game against the Tigers and the Dragons has put things in perspective .
The Tigers had lost all their top players last Season including their captain and their spine was severed with the loss of their strike player Tedesco
No one gave them a chance this season except their coach .
Today the Tigers have defied all the odds and have beaten the top 4 Dragons and have moved into 9th position and have kept their season alive competing for the top 8 .
Life has proven that Some buckle under adversities hits and others keep moving forward
These are the inspirational Rocky stories that winning cultures can be built on .
