the same thread was posted prior to the cows, bulldogs, roosters and raiders games erlier in the year but no thread about the parasites, mixos, drizzle or queens packs

Only 2 teams so of course we are a chance of getting done. Not many games in the NRL are a gimme nowadays. With our record at home I am not confident.

It's a funny situation with our home record. It seems to be a mental thing - something in the psyche that is different to when they play away. Maybe a greater sense of team - us v them when playing away.

When they embrace the 'our home' aspect of Brookie and see how that ties everything together in terms of what it means to be Manly - then we will become a serious force.

This is where Bozo can bring value, this is where I would be bringing in Cliffy, Beaver, Jamie and other Manly legends to instill that history and get that Maroon blood coursing through their veins.

Need to shut down Hodgson from dummy half and that will be harder after Sticky's little whinge last week. Korisau will need to do a lot of defence in the middle and it might be worth bringing Brown on mid first half to help.

Let's also remember that although Jake played and might be tired the rest of the team will be well rested against a raiders team that played last weekend. Wright will be solid at the back and his goal kicking will help.

Thats it mate , we need to shut Hodgson down , get in his face quick.
