Or a big win in the first half, a big loss in the second.
No side is going to believe they can’t defeat us with a second half effort, we have to learn how to play 80 mins, 90 even, if we are to move anywhere as a side………we simply don’t have the mental capacity to play the style of footy to grind out wins, least of all come from behind.

Unfortunately, we haven’t had that capacity since about 2014.

We could be sitting happy in 5th place with a win over the knights, then the titans and a bye coming up but instead we're 2wins from last place. If the the titans win this week we'll be a lost away from last place titans, equal 2nd last they're gonna lift big-time. WOW

I will be deadset shocked if we lose this one. This is an unloseable game. If we lose this one, send DCE early. Actually, on second thought, sack everyone. Burn down Brookvale. I'll take the 2008 trophy on my way out.

The Tits don't have a good roster to begin with, and now they've lost their origin players, and a bunch of others to injury including their hooker. On every single position, we should have the better player.

Also, I think we're slowly reaching Sharks territory, with overpaid players, who are good, but not great. We've ticked one more box now; we have no origin players. All we need is Luke Brooks to grow out his hair, and have it wet 24/7, and we will be the full-fledged discount Sharks.
I've been more worried about this game than the Knights last week. I was dead set shocked we got rolled by them. 😱.
The Titans have got quite a few dangerous players (admittedly they are down 2 of their best) and if we go there thinking we can just walk over them (why we would think that about any team is beyond me), they will have our pants around our ankles quicker than me after a bad curry.

Every time I see this bench (Simpkin aside) all I see is old and recycled.
I really don't see much of a problem with it, given injuries. Ideally you'd have Aloiai on there, but you can't.

Navale hasn't been great at getting himself involved in offence in 80 minute appearances in NSW Cup. Too similar to Jake / Jazz, not enough of a running game. E.g. compare him and Sipley's numbers. Just because they're there, doesn't mean they should be in the team. Waddell has been alright to good as a middle, absolutely garbage anywhere else.

Fu*ksake Seib Jake is not a fu*king lock forward anymore send him to prop, Jazz to lock, Bullemore off the bench. I thought Sipley was our only go forward last week and deserved to be retained.
But brother in law Waddell must be retained somewhere. I think it’s contractural.
