Sea Eagles forward Josh Aloiai has suffered another shoulder injury in his return match after five games on the sidelines.
Aloiai was forced from the field midway through the first half against the Broncos with a shoulder injury
"He's had a few bumps on his shoulder this year so we need to get that looked at," said Manly coach Anthony Seibold.
"Every time he has tried to get started he has taken a bump to the shoulder again.
"I imagine he'll get an MRI and a scan and we'll be guided by the medical staff."
The Sea Eagles went into the match without Jake Trbojevic (concussion), Siua Taukeiaho (calf), Jason Saab (illness) and Tom Trbojevic (corked thigh).
Seibold said he expects Jake Trbojevic and Taukeiaho back for the Round 14 clash with the Knights while Tom Trbojevic may be held back another week due to the short turnaround to the Thursday game.
