Positions Vacant .... commentator

I will be there ,but unfortunately no live updates ,so will give a report tonight afterwards though .
Am over here on holidays ,so the phone has been left at home...Go Manly.

Classic posts on this thread already.
I'm probably going but I'm not who you're looking for.
I'll be 2/3rd's by half time.
Des the king would be a great entertainment.
Or king Cherry....

Are you suggesting that some of those in-game posts were made by people NOT 2/3rds gone???

Does anybody know if members get discount on trials tickets ,doesn' look like it from official Manly club site ?....

In the absence of a video stream for the Rorters trial, several positions have opened up for "at ground" posters to keep the geographically challenged amongst us up to speed during the game.

Are you trying to say that places like my home of Adelaide are geographically challenged?

OK, I'll give you that one @:D

OK, great to hear you will be at the game young @Harry Smith .... expect that you will keep us informed ....

Just a couple of things for you do to look out for ..
1) How is Lac(h)ie going at 5/8?
2) How are Frankie and Lane handling the prop interchange? (if they are)
3) How is Jorge's knee looking?
4) Has Turbo filled out any ... is he ready for the 2nd row yet?
5) Has Hasting's head improved?
6) How much are the sausage rolls?

I am sure other Silvertails will have other questions for you .......

14-0 manly 8 minutes into the game. Forwards are brutal, and great offloading game

Roosters score off a manly knock on. Mitchell scooped up and ran away with it, decent defence on the line prior to this

Update. About 10 min later chooks score another lucky try, this time off bouncing ball, uate taken out

Manly score, 20-12, kick to come

Tanginoa playing great at prop, Lane at prop (also good)

Kick converted

Thompsons been very solid as well

22-16 HT, very unlucky with two of three roosters try's

Whilst I hesitate to caste any aspersions towards my beloved Silvertail members, even the most generous and gracious of us would concede that some "lose their ****" during the tense battles and some, who seem well balanced and normal mid-week, turn into raving lunatics once the whistle blows.
I blame the meds!:sweating:

To answer your specific questions @Woodsie :
1) Croker went well for his 1st game with DCE and did a fair bit of kicking
2) Lane in particular was great from the bench, made quite an impact and even better than last week. Winterstein was ok.
3) Jorge's knee looked fine to me and it didn't seem to affect him. He looks a bit heavier.
Have posted my general thoughts of the game in the other thread. Any other specific questions, ask away....
