Just a k away from my joint. Heard the crash. Then the electricity went out. It wasn’t long before the tragedy was all over social media.
This is a link to what officially happened. Three innocent people dead. I won’t comment on Hass’ mothers involvement.
Its not uncommon around here. They drive a winding mountainous 60km road like they’re at Bathurst.

His mother, Uiatu "Joan" Taufua, has been sentenced to 9 months prison for assaulting two security guards at The Star casino in July 2022[8], and was involved in a car crash which lead to the 3 deaths in December that year[9].

Yep driven that road several times to my daughters friends place. The amount of idiot drivers around this place is mind numbing.Not surprised it's her. That family is bad news always have been.

It’s just been confirmed the three dead were all from the same family. Dad 79, Mum 70, and daughter 35 yrs old. Dad and daughter died instantly. The ambos worked on Mum for 30 minutes, but she also died at the scene. All were Bonogin locals. Just tragic.

From what’s being reported sounds like Mrs Haas might ( allegedly) be in deep deep do do!!

The alleged person that allegedly caused the accident must just be fresh out of jail looking at the previous charges/trail.
As a person who has lost a loved one in a car accident, and we are way too many, this is inexcusable and the full force of the law must come down on people like this, if found guilty.

Sentenced to 2 years but immediately paroled.
So 1 month served out of 36?
But license suspended ( whoop de f$&kin do!)

She's the sort of person who would still keep driving irrespective of any lengthy suspension, she has a complete disregard for the law, she obviously regards it as her right to drive a car, despite her licence status, like the multitude of similar stories.
They'll have no option now but to lock her up and throw away the key for many years, but there will always be someone who will try and defend the indefensible
