What I don't understand is how Melbourne can just go on year after year, decade after decade performing at this level, yet we (and everyone else) can't? Surely there is something to learn from their organisation, yet not too many seem to be learning.

Bellamy may slobber like a rabbid dog, but knows how to take advantage of every rule and every big game....they have a great squad
Thing that gives me hope - excuses aside - we have 50% improvement and IF get another chance and it goes out way, truly believe we can spring that 1 game upset
