Considering we had Turbo, Fainu, Lawton, Olakau-atu missing and Cust only played 5 minutes I don't think its all doom and gloom, we showed signs tonight of a competitive side. Add Turbo etc back in and then add Lawton mid season I reckon we can make a run through the middle part of the season

Exactly. No one played harder than him tonight. Constantly put his hand up and played big minutes.

Missing Lawton and olakatau? One guy who has never played and another who is never picked, you can hardly count that.

I agree our forwards were good, our backs are dreadful, headed by the captain who needs to stop making excuses and having excuses made got him. We all know he can play, but the only times he has turned up in the last 2 years had been for qld.

We still look of the pace, and the coaching and selections leave a lot to be desired.

Des and dce are the biggest issues

I think the final score doesn’t reflect the actual game. We could have won this game if not for the mistakes when attacking. They scored a try off a forward pass, one with a lucky richochet and a pin ball. Our defence was much better than last week.
Schuster will probably start at lock going forward and jake at 12 to replace Davey. Schuster gives another attacking option.
The team can take a lot from this game and build on it against the Drag queens next week. Still think a switch for Walker from FB to centre will give us that attacking option.
And DCE needs to relax and play - he has Foran out there and Schuster.
It’s not all doom and gloom - we are definitely not as bad as the Broncos or Bulldogs and need to absolutely smash the Dragons.

100% we are as bad as Broncos, Bulldogs and Dragons. Iv watched every single game this season and we need to lift, just to avoid the spoon. Pretending things are ok is not the answer..
