The Poms have no attacking game, but in all reality they were only beaten by a Shaun Johnson 80 metre intercept try and later field goal. That doesn't exactly say much for the Kiwis right now either.

What NZ are showing, as much as we'd hate to admit it, is how much they do miss Foran.
Shaun Johnson is a lot like DCE in that he's the type of halfback who plays what's in front of him. He's not an organiser, but like DCE, without Foran alongside of him for NZ he has had to take on the responsibility of doing the organising in attack and it simply does not suit his game. In fact, like DCE again, it actually takes away from what he does best.
Its why I think the Warriors could be a darkhorse in 2017 if Foran is allowed to play and gets himself back to what we here know what he is capable of when his mind is set on winning. The Foran/Johnson halves partnership has the potential to be as successful as the Foran/DCE partnership was for Manly until Foran hit the skids, both for the Warriors and Kiwis.
