I'm confused. This concept is for Narrabeen, not Brookie. Isn't the alleged $10M grant for have a centre of excellence at Brookie Oval?
The other thing that confuses me is the claim that the concept was inspired by the shape of a sea eagle . . . there is no way that building could fly.

The original spec was for Narra.
I just posted the info for explaining what the facility would encompass.

Now Manly realize that the State Gov 10 million is gone, unless its used in conjunction with the Brookie upgrade.

Basically the plans are all at the mercy of our ever changing local and state powerbrokers 😎
