I wish I was as confident that manly will get there as the experts. Although I am predicting plenty of upsets over the closing rounds. Fingers crossed.

We have shown the experts what we are capable when we play well but as you say time will tell

I reckon the cowboys will struggle to stay in the 8. They have a hard draw and could crack very soon. A quality side regardless if Thurston is there or not although without JT just don't have the x-factor (lol) to beat many top 8 sides

30 points is the benchmark in my eyes.

We will finish somewhere in the bottom half of the 8.... which I think means we have had a good year.

1. Storm
2. Broncos
3. Roosters
4. Eels
5. Sharks
6. Eagles
7. Cowboys
8. Panthers

If we can snatch 5 or 6, a Sydney final would be nice..... but I don't see much more after that.

I'd be happy with the above - Storm to win it.

I think we need 3 wins out of the 5 games to be sure of making it. The games left are all difficult starting this week. We have a bad record at Leichhardt, the dogs game is tricky in that they have nothing more to lose, the Warriors game I think we can win and the Panthers game, well after what happened up there a month ago if our team is ever to be motivated it will be for that game.

The experts seem pretty confident that we'll do a lot of winning and the Roosters will do a lot of losing. I don't know about that.

I think we should win most of our remaining matches, but the mental state of the team this weekend will be key for that. One more hapless loss like the last 2 weeks and this season is as good as over.
