Jeez their first try Sandow came very close to a shepard. I remember Billy Slater having a try dissallowed for the same thing last year. He caught the ball and passed it when he was halfway behind another player and they ruled it obstruction.

Oh also on the Watmough penalty in front. The penalty as explained by Suttor was for "Putting pressure on his arm" the replay showed he did nothing of the sort, and there is no such penalty anyway.

I had a closer look at Chris Sandow when Manly scored most of their points. He seems to be purposely placed (protected) as outside centre (around there) in defence. Manly's attack must of been aiming right at him, because the bloke is a major liability in defence. Whether his mind is already gone or not, the guy makes half hearted attempts in tackles and is also pushed off ever so easily. Even in the last second of play when Ferris pushes through, Sandow is left crying back in play when he breaks a nail. Poor old Parra have bought one inept player. He may be razzle dazzle with the ball, but he is a passenger in defence... and he will be targeted by all.

Sandow is an interesting one for mine.
I think he has a ton of potiential if he was playing under a coach like Bennett, Bellyarse or Des i think he would be one of the superstars of the game. He and Jarryd hayne always seem to have a good games against us

Sandow is a speed hump always will be, he may set up tries when he decides to be brilliant but as Sunday shows 4 tries were scored off the back of his missed tackles

Darren lockyer is a speedbump and so is Jamie Soward but with a decent coach you can not only improve their defense you can protect them.

Toni Carroll was lockyers protector for years just as Beau Scott is for soward
