St George Illawarra fullback Josh Dugan made a biting complaint against Melbourne prop Jesse Bromwich as the Dragons sunk to a club record seventh consecutive defeat in Napier. Dugan was seen pointing to his own arm when he reported the alleged incident to referee Matt Cecchin midway through the second half at McLean Park. The affair was placed on report.
