It's actually a really good idea and a good start

It is a good idea and would work for any day except Sunday when the Mall is packed. It is private property and they are under no obligation to give up part of the parking. One advantage is that it is close enough to walk to after the game, and downhill, if the buses weren't doing a good job (and who will pay for them?).
