News: Two referees speeding up decision making

Finally, in 2009, it appears we no longer have time to go to the toilet, feed the dog, and wash the car every time a player crosses for a try. </span><p> </p><p>At last, the referees are making their own decisions. And it is about time.</p> <p>"I think it is a very good thing," Bulldogs coach Kevin Moore said.</p> <p>"Everyone was really frustrated with the video referee last year.</p>
