It is a real shame for Snake, he had a lot of records beckoning, top try scorer in history, SOO and Country honours.

What i really do like about him as a footballer is his commitment. There was a try in the tigers game where he made a half tackle of the person who passed the ball, turned around, overtook 3 tigers and another eagle just to be beaten to the line by 2 metres.

Then you have to like how Des and the Club have supported him through this. Still remember seeing the first footage of "his" incident and it was Des walking into the cop shop to support Snake where alot of other coaches and administration staff would have tried to have kept there distance.

His bad luck must end.

A winning Manly team will help his morale. It will be a tough ask but I reckon the players will want to produce something special for Brett.
