What angers me is that Friend has been proved to have broken the law.  He's 19, on his P's and there's a zero tolerance right there.  And a 10k fine?

Stewart got drunk and was refused service, nothing illegal at all.  Fine he's the face of league (not anymore so he's free to do whatever right?), but he hasn't broken the law.  Friend should be de-registered if the NRL are true to being all hardline.

And with Seymour - he got sacked from the Broncos for a drunk incident.  Another chance for the NRL to clamp down.  Hell, even Todd Carney should feel ripped off since repeat offenders are supposed to be given no mercy.
