Not when one has archaic management structures currently in place with a view to maintaining those same practices in the future.

What we, as the RL public, need is to have a new broom swept through the organisation and a revamp of the operational side as well, rather than just having a 'renaming' under the guise of a new governing body with similar managers groomed in the way of the NRL.

This is a great sport but in my opinion there is room to improve the governance of it.
