News: Holdsworth questioned over brawl

<div class="modCtnt"><p>Police are looking into another late night incident involving an NRL star.

A report in <em>The Sunday Daily Telegraph</em> says that Bulldog's star Daniel Holdsworth was interviewed around 1 am after a brawl outside a Cronulla nightclub.

After being denied entry to the venue, it's alleged he became involved in an altercation between two men, one of them a friend of Holdsworth.

The 24-year-old was chased by police officers after fleeing the scene, and was eventually released without charge after being interviewed.

Police investigations are continuing with detectives requesting CCTV footage of the incident.

A Bulldog's spokesman says that Holdsworth had alerted the club and denied throwing any punches.
