thats right dan.. but its a start atleast they know the problem & are trying to rectify it,  going hard & straight into them hurts & wears them down just as much its not an easy target they are hard, solid hits & collisions sometimes the ball runner comes out on top other times he gets creamed gets up plays the ball & gets ready to do it again.. thats how they have to be go straight & hard all the time..
we were killing every side in the 1st 8 rounds(for 60 minutes anyway) by just doing that

Yeah I must admit I read the lead in line and replied, once I read the article I agree.

It's a style of footy that not every team plays anymore, and it will certainly work. Its the sort of battle I like to see, forwards smashing the crap out of anyone in front of them.

What a revelation, how come someone didn't think of this before ? It's a simple game and if you do the simple things well then the rest falls into place. Let's keep going forward for the rest of  the season. Maybe Des should schedule this as a weekly meetiing.

God i hate it when a team has been down they string a couple of wins together and the predictable major team bonding or heart to heart with the coach is always revealed as the reason for the quick turn around in performance.
