Actually, the NRL will have to review both cases. As Rex reported earlier Seymour has been cleared:

That news report looks pretty stupid now, seeing the footage on 9 news tonight. However, the main point of the thread stands - Stewart has been hung out to dry, not on natural justice but on perceived public opinion.
