Nathan Ross set to be dropped after contract comments

Tigers should go after him. He'd be just the sort of player you need to rebuild a team.(knights haven't worked that out yet). I remember Freddy grabbing the microphone at the City/ Country match this year (even though he wasn't supposed to be there) and it was just so he could heap plaudits on the Ross-dog. With him and Josh Reynolds there, they'd have character, heart and team enthusiasm covered.

The Knights have let players and player managers bend them over a barrel for ages due to poor club management. There is finally signs that the lunatics are no longer in control. Nathan Brown is doing a great job of changing that and this is another example. I expect them to be back in the mix in the coming years.

The Knights used to be one of our great rivalries but its been a non event recently. Should be good when they are back as a serious team. As for Ross, he's no more than a decent first grader who tries hard.

I can understand the situation with players signing a contract then becoming a far more component of the team and wanting more money. That is all well and good if only the clubs could do the reverse!!

Some players seem to play for contracts and then revert to their standard "dud" ability.

I'll whistle, you point.
