That’s gold! The clip is right, he was an absolute pest, not a grub (think Billy and Burgess for the latter).
I find it hilarious that he is now working for Canberra after his infamous Viking clap. I couldn’t believe the faux outrage at the time - the game has always had and will always need characters like Ennis.
In my view, he is one of the more articulate pundits to have transitioned to the media in the past few years too. I enjoy listening to him and he certainly has Hindy, Gaz, Braith and Corey P covered. (How the latter ever got a gig is beyond me!)

Most probably highlights that the NRL should never have brought in the "no punch" rule. If ever a bloke deserved to be KO'd for being a smartar#e, it was him.
