Tooves is just screwin' with lussick and harrisons' minds!

Dean westie Whare has big shoes to fill this week. Hell, normally I'd be asking for Lussick, Harrison, Williams, Whare to all be dumped to the reggies, but that's 25% of our entire team !

Good point, Big Joe is probably still hurting from Sunday.

Why would you want harrison dumped to reggies? manly are the ones who told him he could look elsewhere.

Also that looks like his brother playing under 20's. Is this his first game? I remeber watching him run around in under 6's for the mighty Entrance Tigers.

i agree manly moved him on and yes it is younger brother he has had i think four maybe five games. Will pearsall and blake are only 17 this year played hmats 2011 doing well to handle 20s

Massive game @ the Newcastle International Sports Centre this Saturday evening when the Sea Eagles take on the Knights..
I've been looking forward to this game for months, have a range of friends from different circles attending and am looking forward to wearing the Maroon & White & flying my Sea Eagles flag high at the game!

There's been a fair rivalry between these clubs ever since the 90's and especially the 1997 grand final where the Knights beat the reigning champions Manly to win thier 1st permiership and the whole Hunter region went berserk.

Manly have won 4 of the last 5 matches between the clubs, and the odds for this weekend's clash are (price for a $1 bet @ Wed 11 Jul): Manly $1.33 favourites - Newcastle $3.25.

Whilst the Knights are obviously without Kurt Gidley, Manly are also weakened without Brett Stewart this game, likely without Glenn Stewart, possibly without Anthony Watmough and a few other core players have had injury worries over the last several weeks (including Tony Williams, David Williams, Steve Matai, Keiran Foran & Matty Ballin) too.

The Newcastle area weather report is for rain at times the next few days, clearing Friday evening and mostly sunny on gameday Saturday. Let's hope for as much clear weather & sun as possible to help make it a good game!

Go Sea Eagles!

Its time to start a bit of a run of wins going, now that origins over its about getting some consistency in our attack and building those combinations in attack and defense again. We got a decent run to the finals with a few tough games coming up which is good heading into Sept, Its time to start building that momentum now so hopefully injuries and suspensions are kind to us for the rest of the year and we play smart and for the full 80 mins from now on.

I think if we play to our strengths and do the homework on our opponents and concentrate on our executions we can def give this B2B prospect a go.

We need to win this definately or momentum will be lost. Coming into a game against the Bulldogs the week after aren't we?
