Manly bays

Corso Pete tells me the Manly supporters appear to be getting assigned to bays 118-119 in the Cat D areas.  At least we won;t be staring into the sun. 

Just so all you silvertail nuffies know where we can get together for pre, during and post-game gloating.

Will be a different experience for me this year.  The height of the people accompanying me will be the same at around 5 foot, but this time around they will not be over the legal age.

Where is Rhino??  Been quiet of late

Rhino got me the best seats for the Soufs game. I got onto Ticketek at 9 and the best seats in Cat 1 were worse than the ones I had last year (and they were absolute crap) and the Cat D were in bay 144 away from the faithful. It could be the League's club for me this year.

Bay 105 for us it has to be better that the nose bleed last year.

Ticketek are allocating the 5 Cat D bays at one end as Manly (118 etc) and the other end as Melb (140-144) but I wouldn't worry too much about that. The 14,000 release is scattered through all sections so heaps of the seats in those bays are already sold to whichever supporters anyway. My sister in law already had tickets in 140 from the first release so we got them about 10 rows back from her even though the woman said that end is Melb.
The bay we were in last year was supposed to be Manly designated but there were plenty of Melb & neutrals in amongst it.
Interestingly, when you try to buy by internet today it asks for your code (which has "MAN" in it) and it still allocated me bay 144 for Cat D so I think the Manly/Melbourne specific areas aren't gonna mean much.
