dare I say it, but didn’t we lose to the team we are playing today in a similar fashion at brookie?
Just sayin’

I still flinch when I recall a match last year (or the season before) at Brookie when we led the 'Boys by 14 with seven minutes to play . . and lost. Holmes scored a runaway try after a DCE fumble to seal the deal and leave all Manly supporters feeling numb.dare I say it, but didn’t we lose to the team we are playing today in a similar fashion at brookie?

People on here defended him as a coach. Thanks Trent!
Yes, and we all know Baz has a bit of a penchant for furniture.Trent Barrett leaves Parramatta happy in the knowledge he procured many garden chairs for the team.
Big Kev Ryles.Incoming coach Jason Ryles is...excited!!

“It’s exciting, obviously we’ve got some elite players in some of our key positions, which is exciting for me,” Ryles said
"Isaiah and Zac are really exciting inclusions for us."
"It’s an exciting challenge and one I’m looking forward to.”
“So it is very exciting, both as his future coach..."
"So again, it’s an exciting opportunity to work with him.”
Simple, it's Money. Why are these cellar dwellers in the media at finals time.
Last night 360 was just about all Eels this morning papers are full of them.
I hate them more than the Bears. I wish they would fold.
Simple, it's Money.
The media don't want the many legions of fans of also-ran clubs (especially Eel and Dog, lol) to stop watching. Higher viewer numbers translates to more money.
They know fans of alive clubs will be watching the media anyway for any snippet of news. Which in Manly's case will be rare!!!
Think it's because Ryles is highly...excited.Why are these cellar dwellers in the media at finals time.

Ryles will have some success, and probably a lot quicker than Arthur did. Huge western sydney fanbase, a brand new stadium every few years, heaps of juniors, plus the NRL would love nothing better than to see them do well (oops not that that could help them at all cough cough wink wink).Yeah it's weird, he was building quite a resume for himself, apprenticeship if you will. Has he jumped too early into whatever was available at the time?!
