Line Breaks

I don't want to turn this in to a bashing of you-know-who.

What has depressed me though is how few line breaks Manly makes. Our power game was good in the second half tonight and we defended well and won the territory battle.

It was embarrassing that we could not finish them off. Apart from BK and the hand -off to the left and Beaver breaking the line with strength we can't seem to get anyone in the clear.

Whether you like our 7 or not there is noone else that knows how to put someone in the clear.

We are easily the worst attacking team in the competition at the moment. In 03, we finished second last but still had scored 557 points. Last year, we finished 3rd last but still scored an impressive 615 points.

This year, we've only scored 518 points. Disappointing.
