A great team win , a really great team win. The game was won on defence and while there were a few flashy moments defence was the star. Jake, myles ,api were amazing and changed the attitude of the cowboys forwards by hitting hard, low and often. The modern footy player doesnt get hurt that way Any more with all the holding , wrestling, and ball holding in defence
Myles, api jake and bj were the stars. They all played like leaders and the team followed
The kicking game. Im a cherry critic , it was a nice 40/20 but i thought greens overall kicking game contributed to the win as much if not more.
As a critic i ask this question about the grubber that led to the try. It was on the back of the 40/20. It was 3rd tackle and in my opinion it wasnt that good a kick. In fact feldt would have fielded it on the run and made it back into the field of play quite easily had he not slipped. He slipped over, george scores, what a great kick. Im not so sure. It could have squandered our chance
Walker and kelly played very solid games. In 3 games kelly has been good. He does everything with pace and purpose. Hope he kicks on
I think tafua has finally caught something, a break. Teams are ignoring his wing and targetting uate. Apart from a few errors the wingers really helped out the other night. George was a beast
Sirro got involved in a bit more heavy stuff the other night and always has a good offload in him. Franky still has a workrate lower than needed but made some telling saves. I still worry about that a little considering his role. Too much is being left to the big boppers

The other question i ask is . Are manly trying to build this type of game . There was a lot of similaraties in the parra game. Or are we looking to play our final series months early. Is it sustainable. Or was it just a statement due to pressure
