Agreed. I love watching the tour and will spend school holidays do so, in between cricket etc. Did not watch last night due to some tennis game.

Can't see Evans winning. Needs to have a decent team.

I have watched it the last few years.  If Evans can not win I hope Armstrong does.  After last nights effort I think Evans has no hope now.

Evans is no hope, he should have tried to jump ship into a decent team.  The Armstrong vs Contodor battle on Saturday is going to be telling.  If Armstrong gets to 2200 metres first they'll be hard pressed to make him work for Contodor to wear yellow.

As for the spandex i ride and wear too much lycra....so have no issue in watching people in it

I do 60kms in bordshorts and a singlet. but then I am a dude

  That saddle was on it when I bought it.  At the moment I've got a Fizik saddle which is good but resembles sitting on a plank after a couple of hours.  Given there's not too much in the way of hills around here I'm contemplating sacrificing 300g and going back to a Selle with a bit more padding.

I'm with dan... I don't get the lycra thing. I saw a bloke just this morning, riding by himself, going far from anywhere near what I would assume was his top speed and was wearing Lycra!!

He wasn't competitively riding so why bother with the lycra... does he really need to shave a couple of seconds off his leisurely ride?? It's pathetic... chuck on a pair of shorts and a shirt ya tossers
