So Lurkers says we are a chance of having him for 2016. Thoughts?
He'd be alright
Yes please. You can't have too many big, mean props!
I'm on the fence to be honest
Didn't he use to play with tapau at the dogs? Might help lure him over quicker
Essentially missed the 2013 and 2015 seasons through injury. Reputedly a big and powerful and aggressive prop. If we get him and he manages to stay off the grog, will be quite interested seeing how he goes.
They were at the Bulldogs together in 2012, and also at the Tigers together in 2014.
For the right price he'd be a good addition.
Pretty certain this was the guy who was going to join Manly only for Des to have a chat to him on the side and said that he was signing with the Dogs and he would be better of signing over there and he did!! Hasn't seemed to work out for him, but I'd be happy if we signed him along the proviso he stayed of the piss as alluded to above!!
Watch out @Nice Beaver, you've got a @Stiffi following you...
well....he's played 14 games in 3 seasons...should he shouldn't have burn out.
Does he have a you tube video?
Usually only fleet-footed backs scoring lots of tries accompanied by cRap music. If this bloke had a video the backing track would surely be: "I get knocked down, but I get up again . . . slowly"
Intimidating , big & a similar presence to Taupau....definate contender
Gavet was the one who killed us a few years back in the rain at Leichhardt. His problem was his alcoholism, so maybe the Broncs knocked that out of him. Scary man - would be an asset to Manly
We'd fix that by changing his jersey number... to .08!
Gavet was released to take up an opportunity. But then silence. I suspect he is caught up in this Kapow mess. Could it be he is coming to us to play with brother in crime at their 3rd club together or is he going back to the Tigers as Kapows replacement.
I'd sign him up, will come cheap, and will complete our forward rebuild.
1 Gavet = 3 Luke Burgei. Sign him up
