Its still not a good thing. And that one isn't Jake's fault, there is technically nothing wrong with his tackling. I'm certain the referees, like Bill Harrigan said years ago, have "dirt sheets" on each team and guaranteed on Manly's it says something about Jake Trbojevic and ruck infringements because every time he tackles someone all you hear from the refs every time is "JAKE GET OFF. JAKE GET OFF"

Agreed, also if you make the most tackles you'll make the most infringements.

A better analysis would be number of infringements compared with number of tackles, not per game.

I suspect Jake would not look so bad on that measure.

Didn't notice Jake giving away any penalties or six-agains yesterday. He was always quick to get to marker. And guess who was the only guy charging at Burton when he took his last field goal attempt?

We're not going to fully realise how great a rugby league player Jake is until he retires.

Encourage everyone to watch a Manly game and focus on Jake, what he does off the ball and the tackles he makes. Great team player and just all effort for the full 80 minutes.

His attitude and effort is what makes him great. And we miss him so much when he's not out there.

Pretty sure that was actually Brooks charging and diving at Burton from marker. Seemed to be the only bloke on the field that was aware of what was happening.

Jake's stats from yesterday:
7 runs for 55 metres and 22 tackles in 59 minutes. He was solid but nothing more.

I thought I saw Jake on one of his shots. Might have been the first one. Glad Brooks made the effort as well. Mind you, we were lucky that the Dogs were all at sea and stuffed around before even getting the ball to Burton.
