That's not really the point is it. Why take one of the worlds best centres and make him a makeshift 5/8? We've got 5/8's and halfbacks galore we don't need another one. In saying that, i don't see Des bringing up Liam Foran If Kieran is injured. Lyon will play.

having a bunch of mediocre halves doesnt mean we have depth really .. all im saying is that DCE as good as he may be, just doesnt seem to be able to get any sort of attacking going down on the right hand side and you saw lyon was extremely comftorble there plus as i said hoppa can play in the centres and opens up room for wolfman and stewart. Its just a thought im not bagging DCE or calling him **** but i just think that with the situation were in we would be better off playing with lyon at 5/8 to open up positions for guys like hoppa, stewart and wolfman without really losing anything in the centre or half position ..
