I used to see both the jets and the knights training at the Uni gym all the time. Decent enough facilities but not for first grade sides. Hope they get it.

Totally agree that brookie deserves money, more than any other team needs a training facility. But I do think Newcastle deserves a proper training facility.
It's the second largest city in the state. It deserves a first-class stadium. They are already being dudded by Baird and co. on several fronts, so if this upgrade is realised, I say good luck to them. And of course I also want an improved Stadium Brookvalia.
The populations of Newcastle and Northern Beaches are pretty similar, so you'd expect some similarity in facilities. But if we're really serving the North Shore and Central Coast as well ...
