Manly should go after one of these. Saifiti on a two year deal will want to prove he still has something left. Corey is the aggro the team is missing.

Lodge could still fit this bill but I think that train has sailed.

Agreed. I honestly don't want either.

I have a feeling Seibold and Mestrov are waiting for a good opportunity to come about, as they made offers to Crichton and Topouniua. Neither of them were on the market because of lack of form, there simply wasn't cap space for the both of them.

Horse and Saifiti, and the previously mentioned Matterson, are being forced out of their clubs, and I don't think they'd be ones to have the same attitude as Brown or Talau to a fresh start. More like Lodge or Paulo you would think from what they've shown to their clubs. Pass.

Horsborough is a bit of a cult player that is actually quite limited in his ability. Slowish and prone to penalties, etc.

Safiti is not a bad option and is actually quite talented. His form has tapered off though. In saying that, he is playing for Newcastle haha.

I would prefer a young quick forward like Tallis duncan....the game is not designed for the big men like yesteryear and we have enough size in the middle....if we wanted a BIG option, I would aim for big 'Nelson" as he could change a games momentum OFF the Bench in 10 and 15 minute stints.

It's like a broken record but Jake is a prop and should be in the rotation with Paskea, Aloiai, Bully and Sipley. Of course i would prefer another gun in there but i think we need to spend the money elesewhere.

What we need is a mobile gun edge or 13 (hopefully both, but Manly probably only have the cash for one). Playing Lawton on an edge has shown us the way forward.

I agree to an extent.

I was all for an upgrade on Aloiai but we re-signed him. I would like a younger more mobile prop to come in at 5-6 in the rotation...basically to replace Lodge behind, Paseka, Aloiai, Bully, Navale and Toff.

Left edge is where I want our money (if we have it) spent.

Puru would be a good young lock punt
