This makes me wonder if its actually a 'game plan' to slow down the ruck from Des with Jake.

Hes such a good bloke that im sure hes told to be the one who can disrupt as much as possible and hopefully the ref wont be too hard

Its not a coincidence that as soon as a new sin bin edict comes down he doesnt give away one penalty or set restart.

Last night we had so much possession that he didn't need to tackle his arse off. So most of the team didn't seem fatigued and looked fresh.

Not just Jake but quite a few players have seemed to have a bit more spring in their step lately , Keppie , Marty , Sipley , even Suli looked much more streamlined and mobile last night . Paseka has always had good athleticism but even he has also seemed lighter on his feet recently . Des mentioned the team form improvement has also resulted from some hard work which must be including the right blend of fitness input .
