Funnily enough, Ennis is the one I probably wouldn't put in that group. Annoying, niggly, good at getting under people's skin, for sure - but I wouldn't put him in the same league of 'dirty' as the other three.

I can handle smith being a grub, no problem. Same with Slater. What I can't deal with is the medias deification of them. Either they turn a blind eye to their tactics or spout the Andrew Johns rubbish 'it's not their go'. Although Fittler can s$$$ me to tears one origin series he made a comment when walker got pinged for a penalty and said 'if he was wearing another Jersey would that penalty have been given. Ch 9 commentators as usual ran and hid.

If the commentators in general have just...for the first time realised this then we need some fresh 'journos' in the game.
