the real manly turned up to make the finals last night.armed with the pride in the jersey they showed for the first 10 games of the season they made our first final series for 8 years.the backrow were back to their best,monaghan had a fine game in attack and defence,sam harris showed some deft touches ,matai some much needed fire and stephenson and stewart were great at the back.

hopefully we can be competitive next week and end the season with hope for much better things with some added firepower in our ranks next year.

congratulations to all for a top performance under pressure.

When Canberra had their try disallowed for a double movement, the Manly players realised they could give it away, and came out running twice as hard.

agreed, it was good to finally see that we had some ideas in attack. we blew away a few hoodoos as well by winning at night and away from home. Bring on parramatta!!
