Well worth a watch. It hit me that because of the nature of the bulldogs with their leagues club (like the panthers) means that he is more focused on the roster rather than the commercial side of things

I think our challenge is the focus the leadership team needs to have on the commercial side of the business

The dogs do look a team on the rise but every season a couple of sides take one step forward and two steps back.
Not sure im totally convinced they are going to improve this season.

i would presume coaches may try to unsettle Crichton next season and see if his standard can be maintained. Not often your inspiration is in the centres

I agree next season will define is they are a one season wonder

As for Crichton he has proven a Great buy and he is a Great Inspirational leader
A Great Inspirational leader could play anywhere on the field and be the soul and Inspiration for his team

As for their Rookie Coach
2025 will reveal a lot of things for a lot of coaches

Yeah. Crichton is a gun, and a leader. Thats why i think some may target him to see if he can be unsettled.

Honestly they won a heap of close games last year and will not do the same
If you look at what Gould did at the panthers it is pretty similar
Buy first graders (like he did by buying Brent kite from us) to help raise the standard of the team so you are competitve while you wait for the kids to come through…also so they are not smashed at the start
