What a cracker of a Game Jetski had, including the game changing intercept and sweet offload for Garrick to race away....
He also defended well and made some rugged metres through heavy traffic.
I like his aggression and he has improved a long way, personally thought his hype early on after coming from Souths was a bit over the top, but he has come a long way since then.
Also scored a couple of tough edge tries last week.
Apart from the odd grab at the footy, he is a handful to stop, tackles well and has earned his spot in this Manly side.

100 % even without the Thommo injury he had to be in the 17 somewhere. Now he's gonna have to step it up again to replace Thommo. Him and Waddell to take up the slack. He has an error in him but he certainly has an X factor that you need to win the big games

I liked Des comments....
The best prep for our team against quality sides leading into the finals.un-quote

The Raiders challenge and win would have been particularly valuable for the likes of JetSki, Boyal,
Waddel and Elliot
I watch with interest for a further improvement against Storm:heavycheck::heavycheck::heavycheck::heavycheck:

Over the past few weeks each of these, and also Paseka, have shown something. So crucial that the 'support staff' lift and play their roles and so far they are definitely doing that, and that's the reason we are sitting 4th.
I see our key men as our 2 halves, the 2 Turbos, the 2 hookers, and the 2 props (not in that order) and lucky for us they are all still fit at the right end of the year.

And a free tip for Canberra : If you are going to throw a long ball from dummy half, a metre away from your opponents line, perhaps stand a bit deeper. Did we get an acknowledgement from the NRL that Reynolds was 5 metres offside in that final v the dogs, a couple of years back ? (was it 17-16?).

You know, I have never heard as much fuss over an intercept and the calls for a player being offside as much as I have heard since Jetski did it yesterday.

Where was all this fuss when Luke Lewis did that intercept against us a couple of years ago? And he was a lot further offside than Jetski. Lewis was halfway to our line before the ball had even been played. And then there was the Reynolds one from the 2014 Semi's that @Aussie Battler mentioned above.

I think this has more to do with the fact that after last week in Melbourne, Canberra are suddenly the flavour of the month and Manly of all teams rained on their parade by beating them in their own back yard.

As for Jetski himself.....I thought he played well yesterday. Last year I wasn't sold on him as a first grader, and while he still has some errors in his game from time to time, under Des he has come along nicely. I still think we're better off having Siro and Thommo as our back rowers, but with them injured I think Jetski has stepped up his game a notch and isn't looking out of place in the starting 13.
