What a great first season Garrick is having and now he would be apart of a very exclusive club of players who have scored all the points for their team and won the game. A great feat to achieve within your first 10 games. He had more points by the 16th minute than the Dogs ended up scoring in the whole game

Manly wing Reuben Garrick is in esteemed companySource: FOX SPORTS
When the history books look back at Reuben Garrick’s career they will hold the Manly winger in esteemed company.

The 21-year-old Sea Eagle pulled off a fantastic feat in the win over the Bulldogs on Saturday by scoring all 18 points.

Garrick scored two tries, kicked two goals and converted three penalties as Manly won 18-10.

2. Only three other players have managed to do that in the history of the sport in this country and Garrick will now find himself mentioned in the same breath as three icons of the game.

Les Johns was the first to do so for the Bulldogs in 1963, notching 19 points in total.

His effort was then bettered by a fellow legendary Bulldog in Terry Lamb against Western Suburbs Magpies in 1987.

Lamb scored four tries and kicked five goals as Canterbury ran out 26-16 winners.

The fourth and final player to join Johns, Lamb and Garrick in this rare club was Mat Rogers.


Playing on the wing, Rogers scored 18 points in Round 3 of the 1998 season as Cronulla went down 26-18 to the Melbourne Storm.
