Sure will. Cowboys were lucky that they played panthers away. Otherwise it only would have been an 8 point game for them.

It is a good way to show the form teams - and i think it does.

I don't know how these are calculated but I feel they are a good reflection of how the competition is panning out. Nothing is sure in footie but I think that both the Panthers and Chooks are going to have poor seasons and the Dogs an extremely poor one. The Dragons are definitely on the up where I can see improvement as the season goes on. I would rate the Storm, Eels and Sharks above the Tigers but not much in it and I am sure the tiges will surprise many a team this year.

its pretty simple.

If you win you get points based upon your opponants position the week before. Ie, 15 for 1st, 14 for 2nd down to 1 for 15th.

You also get 5 points for an away win.

Hence we got only 3 points for beating 3rd last - souths

Manly's position is good but we need to get some away wins to get to the top. Get stuck into those Broncos.

Fluffy's right. Basically it shows who is consistenly beating the higher placed sides. So far, Cowboys have won more "important" matches so to speak in terms of where their opponents are placed on the ladder. Take from that, that some teams have had a bye which warrents no points and things will eventually even out.
