I know this isnt football related but I hope it stays in this forum.
Every year the company I work for UNIGAS, hold a charity golf day in conjunction with Camp Quality in an effort to raise money for kids with cancer. This will be the 3rd year we have done this, the first year we raised about $15K, last year was $25K.
Basically the fund raising is run on two levels. We ask customers/suppliers to sponsor a hole for around $500 (this year we are looking for $1000) and we also run an auction at the end of the day after dinner.
I will be approaching the club for an autographed jersey to be donated for the auction however if any of you know of, or are involved in any companies/organisations who might be interested in either sponsoring a hole or donating something we can auction, please let me know.
This years event will be held in Port Stephens and we are expecting over 100 guests/players and are hoping to crack the $30-35K mark.
