Hi all, long time eagles supporter - first time poster.
I know much is said of late about DCE's form and Barrett's coaching credentials, but I for one cant help but notice a lack of on field presence from our trainers barking instructions and motivating the lads when the going gets tough.
I recall countless occasions over the past 5-6-7 years or whatever it was that Singe was always on the field (often escorting Matai when he would pop a shoulder!), but I think the players responded positively to him and it often got us over the line..
Bring back Singey!

So anyway I just googled it, and looks like Singe followed Des to the Bulldogs..

Didn't we get the trainer from the Titans after telling Singe he was no longer required.
The titans where there to make up the numbers at the time.
Now we are there to make up the numbers and the Titans have been well above us.
We haven't looked as fit and struggle to last 80 minutes since punting him.

Yeah our trainers aren't on the field as much. I blame Barrett. And the NRL for introducing rules around it. But mainly Baz.

Thats probably 75% of why we had such a great success rate for so long, I would be ****ting myself with him behind me screaming and yelling. I would be worried what would happen if I missed a tackle or dropped the ball.
