Appreciate a recap from anyone as I'm unable to access it.

Des was caught on camera last night smiling in the coaches box.

God help us.

 

Des made the very valid point that you don't want to be playing your best footy at this time of the year. When asked if he thought we could win the comp, he seemed very confident.

 

Anything said about any off contract young superstars we may have?

 

Nothing that I heard

 

Must have been good interviewers then.

 

Des was on 'The Big Sports Breakfast' this morning. Not sure if it was already common knowledge but he said he had agreed to a two year extension taking him through 2014. Just working out details with the club. Stoked about that. He just oozes passion and you feel he is as keen for a premiership as ever.

 

No hadn't heard this and plenty of us have been wondering - well thats bloody GREAT news Seano!

I listened to a replay of that interview this morning. What he said was that a 2 year extension was on the table and he was in negotiations. The usual Des response of not giving anything away.
