Does anyone know who the Manly supporter with the long mane of grey hair who hands out the Sea Eagles news, and holds a flag on the Hill is? Me and my little bro saw him at the Bulldogs game a few rounds back, and he was shouting out some of the funniest stuff I've ever heard.
